  1. Understaffed: we waited 6.5 hrs to get the crib for the baby. We actually had to drag it ourselves to our room after 4 different request.
  2. Outdated and dirty: there is water spots on the faucet, dust on the lamps, food stains on the wall and the room has an odor. The furniture is scratched and the room has patched where there was repairs but no repaint.
  3. Unfriendly: tried getting breakfast for the kids and was told I could not take to room. I explained that my kids are young and the staff simply responded that's the owners rule see the note on the wall.
