  Okay, nice guys that work there but the owner is totally unreliable and won't back the service they do on your vehicle. Took several weeks just to track this guy down to get an appointment and then he fails to keep the appointment. Then he fails to call to reschedule appointment or apologize for the lousy customer service. I wouldn't trust this guy to work on a tricycle let alone ones Mercedes or BMW. Better to make the extra drive to the Modesto or Fresno dealerships and have the work done right!
