  Called to make a reservation for my husband who is on the road and spoke with Kelly. She asked some questions and gave me a rate of $59 for the night. I asked her if the reservation is confirmed and she said yes, just needed my husband to call to give her his CC number or just show up. He called her back to give her his CC number and she said now the rate is $79, because actual customers showed up and were willing to pay right then and there and she could not trust someone who called on the fon would actually show up! I called to ask her why she cancelled his reservation in one hour, and she hung up the phone on me!!! Horrible Customer service and when I called back to ask for the manager, Lucy answered and said Kelly was the manager. Go figure!
