  If you are late they will not take a payment over the phone. I use the storage because I have to work out of town and we downsized to a smaller place. I thought it would be convenient. It is not. I just had a lady tell me that she has to do the paper work when it's late, in a very rude manner. Made me cry and I don't cry. So upset right now I want to switch units. It shouldn't matter if you are late or not you should be able to pay over the phone or on line. You can't even pay on line if you are late.

  I started out paying 35 dollars per month but that was only for the first 3 months then it jumped up to 60 something else dollars I just love these teaser deals to get you in there and then don't really make it clear that it was only for a short period of time I thought it was for at least a year. I don't see how people can pay so much money for a storage units any storage place for stuff that they don't use. When I had it was like $130 a month. You have something stays in storage for a couple years that's a couple thousand dollars. Is it really worth it give this stuff to these homeless people in Texas and Florida and Puerto Rico
