  Staff is really nice and accommodating to REGULAR PATIENTS who come in often or at least more than once.
  
  They really couldn’t care less about Walk-Ins. If you have never been here before, and you didn’t make an appointment, they won’t waste their good customer service on you. They be short with you, even cold. They don’t care if you are in pain or even need urgent attention. If you are walking in off the street and they’ve never seen you before, they really wish you hadn’t come in. And they will make sure you feel their unwelcoming vibe.
  
  Place should be called “Patients Last”
