  A trip to the body shop after an accident is something that I'm sure no one looks forward to. Recently I was tasked with taking my truck into Richs Auto body, after my truck was involved in an accident. The stress of being in an accident and worry about my truck never being the same was quickly melted away after talking to Robert. He was the adjuster who assured me that my truck would be returned to me as if the accident had never happened. He was professional and reassuring, which I appreciated. My truck was worked on by a gentleman named Bobby, he blew my expectations out of the water with the repairs done to my truck. There was not even a hint of damage or of any work to have been done, my truck essentially looked brand new. They washed, polished and cleaned my truck inside and out, its safe to say it was the cleanest my truck had been since it drove off the dealers lot when it was brand new. From the helpful girls in the office to the adjusters, to the men doing the body work, Richs Autobody exceeded my expectations and made a loyal customer out of me. They were quick to respond on any questions that I had while my truck was being worked on and gave me updates when necessary. I hope to never be in another accident but if I am, I will be going back. If you find your self needing any kind of body work done I cant help but recommend takings it to Rich's
